Get everything you need to know about impact finance – in less time than a workday! We’re reviving our popular introduction to impact finance, now in a crash course format. Join us in person for a quick but intensive intro to all things impact finance!
What you’ll get
This crash course will introduce you to the concept of impact finance as one of the most effective strategies for solving key social and environmental challenges.
Fueled by the latest data on the impact market, the course teaches the nuances of the three impact investment pillars: intentionality, measurability and additionality.
Our goal: equip all course participants to drive more impact!
Experienced practitioners will share their insights and lessons on how these core practices can be implemented to maximise impact. They’ll cover the perspectives of both foundations and impact funds. They’ll also share real-life examples of how they refined their impact strategies, putting theory into practice. Through cases and discussions with experts and peers, you'll gain the skills to apply impact finance fundamentals in your own unique context. You’ll also get an overview of the capital providers active in the impact ecosystem, from grantmakers to impact investors and everyone in between.
And even though the course is quick, there will still be plenty of time to voice your questions and leverage the experts’ perspectives.
The course is designed for anyone seeking the practical skills to leverage finance for a fair and green future. That includes newcomers to the impact finance space, investors or foundations looking for inspiration for innovative approaches and everyone who wants to use the tools of impact finance to maximise positive change.
