Registrations
How do I register for an EVPA Crash Course?
You can attend the C Summit or Annual Conference and add a crash course to your registration. The Crash Course on Corporate Social Investing takes place before the C Summit. Please note that the Crash Course on Investing for Impact overlaps with the C Summit on 30 November.
It is also possible for you to only register for a crash course: select "I am only interested in a crash course" when selecting your tickets, and then choose one course.
Can I register several persons in my organisations at once?
Yes. The registration form to each event has the "Submit and add extra person" feature.
What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail after registering?
Please check your spam folder. If you did not receive the confirmation please reach out to us at conference(at)evpa.ngo

Pricing & Payment
I’m an EVPA member, what price do I pay for my ticket(s)?
As an EVPA Member, you benefit from discounted rates for all EVPA Impact Week events. Please visit the Prices page to see the details of your discounts.
Each EVPA Member also receives up to 2 free tickets for the Annual Conference. Corporate Initiative Members receive an additional free ticket for the C Summit.
The discount codes to apply when registering is shared in our newsletters. If you are not subscribed, please contact us at conference(at)evpa.ngo to receive your discount codes.
Can I use another payment method apart from credit card?
It is possible to pay by wire transfer against an invoice, however we recommend that payments are done by credit card to complete your registration more quickly.
Can I get my payment receipt?
You will receive it by email after you've completed your registration and payment. If you have done so and have not received your receipt, please contact us at conference(at)evpa.ngo
What is the cancellation policy for the EVPA Impact Week events?
If you cancel before 1 September, we will fully refund your ticket for an administrative fee of €100. After 1 September we will not issue a refund in case of cancellation. We cannot refund any fee in case of no-show.
Due to the pandemic uncertainty, this year we have exceptionally decided that in case of short notice Covid-related cancellations, we will refund the ticket with a voucher that can be redeemed against any EVPA event.
For the travel and accommodation, an insurance might be advisable.
